great location , but parking issues
The spacious beautiful triple room provided ample comfort for our family. The breakfast options were varied and fresh, with delicious bread, made each morning good. Our terrace offered a fine city view.
Navigating the parking was quite tricky, especially with luggage.

Excellent and friendly service. Hotel is in great location and has been completely remodeled. Great restaurant as part of the hotel. My wife and I travelled with my parents and they too were very sastified. Great Value and highly recommend if travelling to Pula.

The front desk staff was unresponsive and dismissive, complicating what should have been a straightforward process. The shower in our room was inoperable, and the thin bedding did not provide the comfort we expected for the price we paid.

I have commented on this hotel in a recent stay. Location, Restaurant pizza, Internet worked, room good enough and everything worked, can't say that about many rooms I have stayed at.
This time the bathroom tub/shower had no curtain so had to be careful and put towels down or water everywhere. Co-worker had shower like I had last time which worked much better. Got one of the top floor rooms so the ceiling not good for tall people. .

Restaurant has excellent pizza and pasta. Rooms were comfortable and mine was quite. The location really can't be beat for city trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. Internet seemed to work good in room.
The design of the bathroom was bad. Front of toilet only had about 6 inches to the shower wall. Here for business and the desk was taken up by tv so no real work space. All rooms are different though.

What an unforgettable stay, nothing too much trouble. Ideal, impeccably clean venue with perfect and exceptionally nice location close enough to the restaurant 0700 or 0730-0800, Pula city centre and major attractions and transport. Smooth check-in, parking on street. Everything really good.
